HEIR Salon in Wrea Green named best in Lancashire for a fourth year

It has been a year of change and celebration for HEIR Salon. The hair salon, run by twin sisters Natalie Crank and Natasha Langthorne, moved to a new home in the village of Wrea Green and then picked up a remarkable haul of awards.
The sisters' story is one of building something of their own. They first joined forces to run a salon that was part of a national franchise group, and after 10 years they launched their own brand, HEIR.
For 14 years the salon was based in Lytham. In January 2025 it announced a relocation to Wrea Green, and it now operates from 17 Ribby Road in the village, a short drive inland from the Fylde coast.
The move clearly did nothing to slow the team down. At the 2025 National Salon Awards, HEIR won an extraordinary eight awards, including Best Salon in Lancashire for the fourth consecutive year.
The salon's wins covered a range of specialisms. HEIR was named Best Texture Salon in Lancashire and Best Hair Extensions Salon in Lancashire, showing the breadth of skills the team offers.
Individual members of staff were recognised too, with honours including Apprentice of the Year and Best Colourist. For a salon, awards like these speak to the strength of its training and the talent of its people, from experienced stylists to those just starting out.
The 2025 results build on a strong track record. The Blackpool Gazette reported the previous year that HEIR had been named Best Salon in Lancashire for the third year running, and the salon has also been shortlisted for multiple national business awards.
Its new address has its own story to tell. Local coverage has explored the hairdressing heritage of the Ribby Road premises, giving the salon's new chapter a sense of continuity within the village.
Appointments can be made directly with the salon, and its team and services are also listed on Salon Spy. If you are looking for an award-winning cut or colour on the Fylde, it is well worth the trip to Wrea Green.
